With the continued restrictions on gatherings and catering in general, it has been necessary to find different ways of engaging PDS followers.
Sundays seemed as though they were crying out for some video-making, so this Sunday saw the first in a series of 'Sunday Sessions' cooking demonstrations.
The plan will be to make this a regular feature whenever possible and the videos will feature techniques and dishes that can be copied at home and that are manageable for anyone!

I will welcome any suggestions for particular dishes, ingredients or techniques that you would like to see and I plan to incorporate ideas and favourites from my varied international experience in hotels, restaurants and kitchens over the past 25 years.
